A little confidence before you click Buy.
Answers to the questions that matter before you buy.
Do you ship across the country?
Yes—we sell and ship instruments and accessories throughout the U.S. Orders are carefully packaged and insured, with tracking sent after shipment. See our shipping policy for delivery details and address restrictions.
When will my order ship?
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours during business hours, Monday–Friday. High-volume periods, special orders, and availability can affect timing. Contact us before ordering if you have a performance deadline.
Can you help me choose between models?
Absolutely. Tell us what you play, your experience level, budget, and goals. We can help compare models and accessories before you place your order. Call 203-416-6359.
What if my purchase isn’t the right fit?
Most new merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. Original condition and included materials are required. Shipping deductions, sanitation fees, and exclusions apply. Used, special-order, final-sale, and hygiene-sensitive items have different terms. Read our full return policy before purchasing.
