AAA Band Rentals is committed to processing and shipping your orders quickly and securely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If significant delays occur, we will notify you through our primary communication channels.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship using trusted carriers, including FedEx and USPS. Every order is carefully packaged and insured for protection during transit.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of the items and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. No exceptions apply.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Orders placed during business hours (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM) are processed within 24 hours. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

AAA Band Rentals, LLC and AAABandRentals.com are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. Any charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within the contiguous 50 states of the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
