Teacher Portal (Coming Soon)

AAA Band Rentals is building a dedicated Teacher Portal designed to make school music program management easier, faster, and more organized.

Through the portal, participating music educators will be able to place school orders, upload purchase orders, request quotes, and view real-time educator discount pricing through a secure teacher login.

The portal will also provide limited rental visibility to help teachers identify whether a student’s instrument is owned by AAA Band Rentals. No personal student information will be displayed. Teachers will only see the instrument-related details needed to help manage classroom logistics, repairs, exchanges, and school-owned inventory questions.

Our goal is to give music educators a simple, secure, and convenient way to manage the everyday needs of their band and orchestra programs — from supplies and accessories to repairs, rentals, quotes, and purchase orders.
