At AAA Band Rentals, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or rental, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Rental Returns

Rental instruments may be returned at any time in accordance with the terms outlined in your rental agreement.

  • Instruments must be returned in good condition, normal wear and tear excepted.

  • Any damage beyond normal use may result in repair charges.

  • Rental billing will stop once the instrument has been officially checked in and processed.

Please contact our team prior to returning a rental instrument to ensure proper handling.

2. Sales Returns

For purchased instruments and accessories:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (such as reeds, mouthpieces, strings, or opened accessories).

3. Refund Process

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
