AAA Band Rentals Return & Refund Policy

At AAA Band Rentals, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Most products purchased in-store or online may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Most items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In new, unused condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Complete with all parts, accessories, manuals, tags, and materials

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

AAA Band Rentals reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a restocking fee if an item is used, damaged, missing parts, missing packaging, or not in resalable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, product integrity, or special-order reasons, certain items are not returnable.

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

  • Reeds

  • Strings

  • Mouthpieces

  • Opened cleaning or care products

  • Opened accessories

  • Special-order items

  • Clearance items

  • Final-sale items

  • Items that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after purchase

If you are unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us before opening or using the product.

3. Online Orders

Online purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they meet our return eligibility requirements.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by AAA Band Rentals or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items. AAA Band Rentals is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

Depending on the situation, AAA Band Rentals may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, store credit, or refund.

We may require photos, the original packaging, or return of the item before a resolution is provided.

5. Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Refunds may be reduced for missing parts, damaged packaging, signs of use, or other conditions that affect the resale value of the item.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for eligible items, defective products, or incorrect items.
