Many Connecticut schools hold instrument try-out sessions where students try different instruments with the band director before choosing.

• Each instrument is professionally inspected and set up before it goes out

4️⃣ Pickup or Delivery

• Pickup available at our Norwalk or Cos Cob locations
• Ask us about delivery options for your school or area

5️⃣ School Year Support

If something needs attention during the rental period, walk into either location — no appointment needed.

Walk-In Service — No Appointment Needed

Walk into either our Norwalk or Cos Cob location. Our in-house repair technicians will get your instrument back up and playing as quickly as possible.

• Never leave the instrument on a chair, stand, or floor where it can be stepped on
• Keep the instrument in its case when not playing
• Wipe down the instrument after each use

Returning the Instrument

• Return to either Norwalk or Cos Cob location
• Walk in during business hours — no appointment needed
• Bring the instrument, case, and accessories

Rental includes the instrument and case; consumable supplies (reeds, valve oil, rosin, strings, etc.) are the parent's responsibility and available at both AAA locations.
