Do you ship across the country?
Yes—we sell and ship instruments and accessories throughout the U.S. Orders are carefully packaged and insured, with tracking sent after shipment. See our shipping policy for delivery details and address restrictions.
When will my order ship?
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours during business hours, Monday–Friday. High-volume periods, special orders, and availability can affect timing. Contact us before ordering if you have a performance deadline.
Can you help me choose between models?

What if my purchase isn’t the right fit?

Shipping deductions, sanitation fees, and exclusions apply. Used, special-order, final-sale, and hygiene-sensitive items have different terms. Read our full return policy before purchasing.
