Common Questions From Wilton Parents

My 3rd grader just got introduced to strings at Cider Mill — what do we do next?
Once your child picks an instrument at Mr. Suto's enrollment meeting, you can rent the correctly sized violin, viola, cello, or bass directly from AAA — professionally set up and ready to play, with delivery available right to school.
Do you deliver to Wilton schools, or do we need to pick up in person?
We offer convenient delivery directly to your child's school. You're also welcome to pick up at our Norwalk location, a short drive from anywhere in Wilton.
How much does it cost to rent a school instrument?
Rentals start at $30 per month with flexible month-to-month terms and no long-term commitment.
Do you donate to school music programs?
Yes. Through our 50/50 Cooperative Program, 50% of your first month's rental is donated directly to your child's school music program — believed to be the first program of its kind in America.
What happens if the instrument needs a repair?
Our optional protection plan covers common repair needs — stuck keys, broken pads, stuck mouthpieces, bent parts, and accidental damage. Without the plan, standard repair rates apply. This is a highly recommended option — kids drop things, and the plan means a mishap doesn't turn into an unexpected repair bill.
Are you an authorized dealer?
Yes — for every brand we rent and sell, including Yamaha, Jupiter, Selmer, Bach, Buffet, Mapex, Pearl, Canzona, P. Mauriat, and Blessing. That means genuine manufacturer support and warranty protection.
