AAA Band Rentals
Return / Exchange & Shipping Policy


Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 24 hours of the time they are received. Shipments and deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays. In times of high order volume, please expect potential delays. We will communicate any delays through our primary communication channels.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
We use FedEx and U.S.P.S. as our preferred shippers. Each order is boxed with care and shipped insured. Rates are based on the weight of the items and will be displayed in your shopping cart before you finalize your order.  

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. No exceptions.


Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
Orders placed during our business hours, Mon-Fri 10-5,  will be processed within 24 hours. Tracking information will be sent to you via email once available.
 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
AAA Band Rentals, LLC., and AAABandRentals.com are not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
 

Damages:
AAABandRentals.com is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Contact the shipping carrier or our support team to file a claim if you receive a damaged order. Ensure you retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing the claim.


International Shipping Policy:
We only ship within the contiguous 50 states of the U.S.


Purchase Return & Exchange Policy

At AAA Band Rentals (aaabandrentals.com), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Below is our updated Return and Exchange Policy to provide clarity and transparency.

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available from 10 days up to 30 days after purchase.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the personal nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Reeds

  • Mouthpieces

  • Strings

  • PPE

  • Print music/books


Additional Information:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply under certain conditions.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product.

 

Rental Return Policy
If you're renting an instrument from us, you are welcome to return it anytime.  Instruments may NOT be left in school and "considered" returned under any circumstances. For more details on rental policies, please refer to our FAQ and rental sections of our website.
